Required Investment & Application Procedure
The investment required to start up a Café Konya franchise in Pakistan is start Rs. 5 million. This includes a non-refundable store opening fee, equipment, build up, materials and other set up costs. Once established, ongoing royalties are charged at 8.5% of sales. We encourage prospective franchise partners to contact us for a preliminary discussion. After this, should they wish to proceed further, they will be asked to submit a formal proposal in writing, along with other relevant documentation, such as their personal and financial history, site address and photos, and a complete business and feasibility plan.
